At Kokomo, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely — that's why we work with clear delivery options and an easy step-by-step process.

🇦🇷 NATIONAL SHIPPING (WITHIN ARGENTINA)
We ship via Correo Argentino and also offer local pickup in Buenos Aires (CABA).

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

  • Home delivery

  • Pickup at Correo Argentino branch

  • In-person pickup at DeVanguardia (Godoy Cruz 2626, CABA)

🕒 TIMING & NOTES

  • Correo Argentino does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates: your order may arrive before or after the estimated date.

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email.

  • If your package is not picked up in time from the branch, it will return to our office and a new shipping fee will be charged.

If you chose this option, you can pick up your order 2 hours after receiving the dispatch confirmation email at:

🕘 Every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring a signed authorization + a copy of the buyer’s ID.

  • No exchanges are made at DeVanguardia.

  • Exchanges are handled only by writing to [email protected].

  • The store's stock is not available for exchanges, so no changes can be made without prior coordination.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through country-specific stores. Make sure to select the correct country in the top menu of our website.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • Payment is processed in USD via PayPal.

  • It will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.
